Windows Explorer
The following may assist you in using Windows Explorer to find Runtime Access 2007 Setup file and install the program
On
Your Key board press the Windows Key 
and hold it - then click the letter E Key
This will open Windows Explorer
Windows Explorer allows you to bring up a Tree Stucture of your Computer Layout and Computer Files
My computer is called Keith (How orginal is that) Your computer may simply have the name of the computer or your name or a number - they all vary depending on how they were initially setup
Double Click on the name this should bring up
In Downloads you should see the Access.exe file
Double Click the setup file -
You may have downloaded the file to a differerent location on your computer and you may not know where it was saved, as such - Select the C: Drive
Then on the right hand side of Windows Explorer - you will find the search option, - Type in the word Access.exe and Windows Explorer will look through your computer for any thing that contains the word Access.exe. When the Access.exe file is found simply double click to activate it
