- If you do not have Microsoft Access installed on your computer there are two options
- 1. Use the Runtime version of Access which you can download Access from this site,
- 2. Alternatively you can purchase Microsoft Office with Access.
Trust Centre
- Microsoft Access is very security conscious program, as such you will be required to open the Trust Centre and enable the C:\ACA directory.. Otherwise the first time you use the ezymetics program it will not function, it will open with a security warning alerting you that the program has been disabled. (Read More)

- It is essential that you know your computer screen resolution prior to selecting the installation version other wise you may not see the full program screen and fuctions. (Read More)
Default Size
- It is essential that you computer dispaly is set to Default size 100 % otherwise the program will not display as required (Read More )
Tool Bars
- If you install the 2007 version - After the programme has been installed to see all the funtions within the programme you will need to minimize the Default Tool Bar (Read More)
Warning
- When you install the programme you will see a warning that the Publisher of this file could not be verified, are you sure you want to run the software. (Read More)

- As the Product Update File is changed each month after installing the ezymetics program you will need to down load the current Product Update file and change the Brochure period within the program in the Oder Details Section - Select Brochure Period (Read More)

To install the ezymetics program Double Left Click the Screen Resolution that is best suited to your computer from the different Microsoft Access Versions.

If the available screen resolutions do not suit your computer exactly - Select the resolution which has the nearest last dimension as that is the height dimension or alter your computer screen resolution to suit a version close to your current screen resolution.

If you do not have Microsoft Access installed on your computer you can download Free of Charge Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime
Which will then enable you to download and install the 2007 - 2016 versions to suit your screen resolution.
Microsoft Access Runtime will enable you to use the ezymetics program and all fuctions within the program - but will not enable you to create a new database of your own design.
It is essential that you computer dispaly is set to Default size 100 % otherwise the program will not display as required. This setting is altered through Control Panel - Display
- If after downloading, installing and saving the required details you can not see the Open Un-Registerd Version function "Pictured Below" indicates that you have either not downloaded the correct version to suit your computer resolution or have the Default size of images and text as mentioned above - is set to greater than 100%
Very Important
After the program has been installed a shortcut to the ezymetics program will be found on your computer desktop, simply click on the shortcut to activate the program.
- But before you open the ezymetics program I would advice you to read about the Trust Centre and enable the ezymetics program.
- If you install a Microsoft Access 2007 or above version or Microsoft Access - It is essential that you read about Trust Centre Settings or download and run Trusted Location File

Click Install Access 2007
Runtime and allow it to save to your usual download location - When
the file has been saved - Check your download location for Access.exe
- then simply double click to activate
How
to find Download
- After Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime has been installed, download and install the 2007 ezymetics version to suit your screen resolution.
- Unless you activate The Trusted Location File you will get a message each time you open the ezymetics program that file is unsafe.

If you have Access installed on your computer my preference would be to enable the program as a trusted program by using Trust Center Setting. But with the Runtime Version of Access the Trust Center Settings feature is not available. As such to enable the program as a trusted program download and run Trusted Location file |
- The Trusted Location File will save to your usual download location - When the file has been saved - Check your download location for Trust.exe - then simply double click to activate the setup file.
- After the setup file has been activated - Look on computer desktop for Smiley face Trusted Application Double Click to complete the precedure.
- When you run the trusted location file you will get a warning - nothing is being deleted or any malicious code entered It simply changes the windows registry file to enable Access as a Trusted .exe file
- After you have activated the Smiley face - the icon can be moved to the recycle bin

I use the program there are dates and names in varios places that do not
relate to me.
Answer: As the program is continually being modified it is essentia to test it to ensure there are no program errors - these names and dates are used during testing.
Page Size when printing: - As Microsoft Access is an American programme the default paper size is Letter - please read Help Printer Setup on bottom right hand side of the Main Tab Form - change Invoice page size to A4 and envelopes to DL or A5
