Note for new users: It is essential after downloading and installing the New Brochure Period - use the Select Brochure Period in the Customer Order Details section to select the Current Brochure.

If you are having problems in downloading and installing the product update file I am now including the product update file as a compressed Zip file. - You will need an uncompression program such as Express Zip to uncompress and extract the Product file

(Express Zip is a free program for non comercial use )

You will need to download the zip file to your normal download folder, then use the unzipping program to extract the Product file. You may need to create a new directory or folder on your computer to extract the compressed file into, after it has been extracted or uncompressed manual copy or cut the unzipped Product file from the temporary folder and then paste the extracted file into the main ACA directory.

Please read before downloading Product Update File:

Your Anti -Virus Program - May prevent the product update file being Downloaded from the web or Warn you that it is a Risk - as it is an Executable File, meaning to to say it will install to your computer - but rest asssured this file does not contain any dangerous items or pose any threat to your computer.

If after you activate the download Product Update file nothing appears to happen - look in the folder your downloads normally go to and you should see a file called Product Update 2000.exe or Product NZ.exe depending on which country you are in. Double click this file to activate the installation. With each update you download the Product Update may get a bracket with a number in it because the downloaded file doesn't delete the previous copy of the file - as such look for the Product update file with the latest Date

Question from Consultant:
I am unable to download the file.
Can you please explain what I need to do to allow the downloads to my computer.
After selecting "RUN" it states the following:"Product Update 2000.exe is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer"

The Options the consultants computer provides are:
Delete Actions View Downloads
Answer: Select Actions\ Other options \Run Anyway.

In order to make a programme Install as a Trusted Programme without warnings it must have a Digital Signature

A commercial organization that issues digital certificates keeps track of who is assigned to a certificate, signs certificates to verify their validity, and tracks which certificates are revoked or expired.

Every time there were any changes to the programme a new certificate would be required. Being a self funded Retiree - and the programme being free to user's this is not a valid option

As such the programme you may receive various warnings

• Double click on the version required.

• Computers and operating systems are changing all the time as such a variety of options and pop up items may be displayed during downloads, but basically you should then have the option to select either - Run, Open or Save the installation program.
  

• The simplest method is simply to select either - Run or Open- the installation programme will install the Product Update file as required, you may get a warning that the Publisher of this file could not be verified, are you sure you want to run the software, Please click Run.

Click More info - then Run anyway

• You may also see a popup that informs you that the file is an executable file that could harm your computer, please rest assure there is nothing harmful or contain any malicious codes that could harm your computer.

• Alternatively - Depending on your computer settings and web browser: if the Product Update does not install by selecting Run or Open, you may be required to firstly save the Product Update file to a directory on your computer, then activate the installation file from that directory.
