Question: I have all my nutrimetics customers in a Microsoft Excel file; can I import or transfer them into the ezymetics programme?

Answer: Yes, but it can be a bit tricky in that the names and types of the fields need to match. If you require this assistance with this item simply E-mail or contact Keith.

Question: I haven't got Microsoft Access on my computer, can I use the program?

Answer: Yes simply download the Free - Access 2007 runtime program - then download the 2007 version of the ezymetics program to suit your screen resolution.

Question: After downloading the programme I cannot get the programme to function or open.

Answer: As the programme contains Macro's and programme procedures that could potentially be harmful to your computer it is essential to enable the programme through the Trust Centre, once the programme has been enable it will continue to function without going through the Trust Centre again. The Macro's and procedures are required within the programme to enable actions to occur when function buttons, drop down lists and other items are selected

Question: I don't know much about installing programmes or this Trust Centre procedure - I would appreciate some additional help but I have no one else I can ask to assist me, can you offer any advice or assist me.

Answer: There is a very good programme called TeamViewer which will enable me to assist you, give me a call and I will explain how to install and use TeamViewer

Question: Will the programme run on a Macintosh computer?

Answer: No. At this stage the program has only been designed to suit any version of Microsoft Windows.

Question: If I try the ezymetics programme, will it slow my computer down or effect my computer in any way.

Answer: There are no hidden files or system files written to the computer, as such it is very simply to uninstall if required plus it not effect your computer in any other way

Question: How do I UN-install the ezymetics programme?

Answer: Simply click on the UN-install application within the ezymetics programme group that is located from accessing the programmes on your computer from the start menu.

Question: Can I add my own products to the Product Update file?

Answer: Yes - if at special times throughout the year e.g. Mothers day, Christmas etc., you wish to add your own specials, this is very easy to do.

Question: Can I use the programme on more than one computer?

Answer: Yes the programme can be used on more than one computer.

Question: Does the Accounting component of the ezymetics programme have a Business Activity Statement?

Answer: No - at this stage the accounting programme does not have a Business Activity Statement, but the programme does produce a very wide range of report formats that will easily enable you or your accountant to complete your BAS.
